Virginie Etienne is an Executive Director at Bank Julius Baer Europe in Luxembourg, where she is acting as Head of Offering & Regulatory Change. In her role, she leads three teams -Markets, Products & Services, and Regulatory Change – and contribute to the bank’s sustainability efforts as its Sustainability Officer. Her expertise span key European banking regulations.
Beginning her career in 2013, she has worked in the consulting industry prior to joining Julius Baer, contributing to regulatory transformation projects at Deloitte in Luxembourg and PwC in Singapore. Virginie holds five degrees in Economics, Management, and Laws, including three Masters from Asian and European institutions, reflecting her interest in global perspectives.
